Public Consultation to be held on

9am till 6pm.
Following the last public consultation 6 months ago, Modus has listened to your comments and developed its plans further, to provide Lincoln with a scheme that will significantly increase its profile as a shopping centre and build its great success as a leisure destination. The consultation is being held to give feed back and to continue to listen to your comments through out the planning process.
